How to Delete Your Account

- The mobile number or email ID associated with your VDocs account
This is required to verify that the request is coming from the account owner.
Once we receive your request and verify your details, we will process your account deletion within 24-48 hrs.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
After your deletion request is processed:
- Your VDocs account will be permanently deleted
- Your profile information will be removed
- Your uploaded health reports and documents will be deleted
- Your appointment history and scheduled appointments will be removed

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please download any important data before requesting deletion.
Data Retention
- Your data is removed from our active systems after the deletion is processed.
- Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by law or regulatory obligations.
- Any such retained data will not be used for any other purpose.
Data Deletion Timeline
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes for up to 14 days after account deletion.
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 14 days after verification.
