All purchases and subscriptions made through VDocs are subject to our refund policy. We aim to provide clarity and fairness when it comes to refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase for annual subscriptions only.
• Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been used or consumed.
• All refund requests must be accompanied by a valid reason.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method.
