Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all documents and information you upload to VDocs. We rely on users to provide authentic medical documents for our AI analysis to be meaningful and helpful.


Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Your Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all medical documents, reports, and personal information you upload to VDocs. We do not claim ownership of your medical data or personal content.

License to VDocs

By uploading content to VDocs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Store and process your documents securely on our platform
  • Provide AI analysis and insights based on your uploaded content
  • Display your documents and analysis results to you and authorized parties
  • Use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our AI capabilities (as detailed in our Privacy Policy)

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except for aggregated anonymized data that cannot be traced back to you.

VDocs Platform Rights

VDocs, including our software, AI algorithms, user interface, and platform design, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

Termination & Suspension

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.

Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Our Right to Suspend/Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked. We will retain your data for the period specified in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required to be retained by law.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, VDocs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Service interruptions or delays

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the use of VDocs shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VDocs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
